On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: £70.00 (€80.32) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Safety

• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No electric barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 6:30 a.m..

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Pitches

• Pitches: a £50.00 (€57.37) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 6:30 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the Cabin instead.

Dogs

• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• The site will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £70.00 (€81.66) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
