Great spot for Venice trips with a short ferry. Lovely lagoon views, friendly staff, pool & restaurant. Some dated facilities. Unmarked pitches can be chaotic. Port/airport noise & mosquitoes present.

Se non hai intenzione di spendere 300€ per dormire 2 notti in albergo a Venezia e se non vuoi spendere 100€ al giorno (a persona) in ristoranti per mangiare, il campeggio e’ il giusto compromesso…..
traghetto molto accessibile che ti porta ogni mezzora a Venezia
Abbiamo passato un bel week end in Famiglia a Venezia con il Camper e non e’ cosi’ scontata come cosa!
Per La classica gita A Venezia si pensa a B&B, hotel o appartamenti in affitto ma cosi’ e’ stato come avere casa a Venezia ahahahahahha

Liked Sehr positiv, freundlich und schöner Platz
Leider hat es zu regnen begonnen und der Ausflug mit Vaporetto fiel ins Wasser! Alles sehr zu empfehlen, ist mehr als ein Stellplatz, eher Campingplatz mit Strom und Hundefreundlich!

Liked Ja war eine schöne Zeit am Campingplatz. Man bekam alles was man bräuchte. Die Fährverbindung nach VENEDIG war ser einfach und gut.

Liked La posizione sulla laguna è meravigliosa, il prato delle piazzole ben curato, il market e il bar ben organizzati e personale gentilissimo. I prezzi adeguati alla location. Da apprezzare la fermata del traghetto per venezia a un minuto a piedi appena fuori dal campeggio.

Disliked I bagni, le docce e la zona per le cassette wc poco curate e a tratti sporchi.

Route directions

By car: From the SS Romea follow the signs to Malcontenta-Fusina. From the A4 (Milan, Padoa, Brenner, Bologna, Florence) take exit signposted Mestre Villabona, continue for 5km towards Ravenna. The campsite is clearly signposted. From the A4 (Trieste, Udine, Tarvisio) take the exit signposted Venice Airport, continue towards Padoa/Milan and take the exit signposted Ravenna. Continue for approximately 5km. The site is clearly signposted By train: Mestre-Venezia train station: take bus line 16 (Mondays to Saturdays) or bus line 10 (Sundays) to Fusina. Venice S. Lucia: go to Piazzale Roma, take bus line to Via Durando. Go to the left and turn right on Via Bellinata. Continue for 150 metres following to the left up to Via Rizzardi. Go to the bus stop and take bus line 16 (Mondays to Saturdays) or bus line 10 (Sundays) to Fusina.

Local attractions

Most folk staying at Camping Fusina Tourist Village quite rightly come to view fab Venice – its Grand Canal, its art and architecture and its Piazza San Marco among many more – and its islands such as Murano, Burano, Torcello and Lido. The entire city as well as its lagoon are a World Heritage Site, so lace up your comfy shoes and prepare for lots of sightseeing. Also famed in the region are the 200 or so Palladian Villas of the Riviera del Brenta/Brenta Riviera, once homes of the Venetian aristocracy who built their villas along the waterfront: book a Burchiello boat tour to see them between March and October. And… one could stay here for weeks what with the many more things to see and do in and around Venezia, but if you're pushed for time, recommended options nearby include Padoa and Treviso, both a 20-minute drive away; and the town of Abano Terme ten kilometres south west of Padua, known Europe-wide for its hot springs and mud baths.
