Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €420.00 ($631.36) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 15 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. between 01/04 and 02/11.

Sites

• Sites: a €50.00 ($75.16) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Pool

• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 01/05 and 30/09.
• The fishing lakes are stocked with carpes, brochets, cyprinidés et pêche de la « carpe de nuit » autorisée.
• The games room is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Arrivals and departures

• The park will send you further check-in information 30 day(s) before your arrival.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €120.00 ($180.39) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
