What customers say
Great spot near the beach & attractions, with super friendly staff. Pitches are spacious & tidy. New facilities are clean, though some are dated. Showers got mixed feedback on heat, privacy & tokens. Noise from campers was an issue for some.

Liked Location
Disliked Toilets awful not clean at all poo everywhere with wet tissue all over the floor. Customer service was very poor staff didn’t know what they were doing, was told me and my family will be together and we were split up and just got told it was tough luck! For what’s meant to be family friendly camp site there was a constant smell of cannabis. Loud music playing till silly hours of the morning. Worst experience of camping ever. Not what we paid for very disappointing.

Liked What a little gem this place is. It's in the perfect setting. Close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a family run business and a lot of love has gone into it the site. Food available freshly cooked on site for breakfast and tea during peak times. Excellent - will come again! Just to note there's very little signal on site
Disliked No phone signal but that's a blessing.

Powered grass and sand campsite
Liked The close proximity to Black rock sands.
Large pitches (hook up)
Pizza/breakfast hut.
I feel the site has a lot of potential and understand it’s just been taken over and the owners plan more improvements.
No wifi and phone 🎉
Disliked Lack of toilets in the camping field, 6 toilets for a large field isn’t enough on a busy BH weekend. That said the lady kept them clean and stocked in loo roll👍🏼
Same with bins, and they were over flowing.
Token showers and having to get undressed before going back out the cubicle to put token in, I recommend a dryrobe for this.
My son (9) says lack of WiFi and phone signal, which I liked 🤣
