- Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
- The park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, RV or accommodation hire) traveling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 4 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.
- The park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- A cable measuring at least 25 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Minimum spacing of 5 metres between pitches.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Clean facilities.
Reasonably priced.
Helpful and welcoming management.
Mobile takeaways visiting the site.
Disliked: Not a site problem , but , the route to the site through the local village can be a bit torturous, especially towing a caravan.

Washroom and showers all clean and hot water available
Use of fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster which was excellent bonus.
Great location for lots of local beaches for surfing, visiting st Ives, st Michael’s mount.

Liked: Nice quiet site with access to dog walks.
Disliked: A bit too far out to walk to the beach if that is important to you but if you have transport it is a nice, quiet location. You can walk to village and pub though so it strikes a good balance.

Toilets and showers always clean. Lovely walk in the adjacent woods with my pooch. Easy walk to a couple of pubs and local shop.
