Primitive grass and earth tent campsite

Liked: Peace & quiet; clean (compost) toilets; warm shower; interesting landscape project with guided tour

Disliked: Wash-up station - no warm water, nowhere to put anything down;
Being woken up at 5am by bird ringers.

From the manager: Thanks for joining us Nigel - we appreciate your support and feedback. Noted on the washing up station & early tours (we'll aim to move a toilet to the car park for the tour guests to avoid this.)

Yurt (two person)

Liked: Wonderful stay in Boothby Wildland. My very first yurt/glamping experience and it didn't disappoint. Interesting to learn about re-wilding and the work they do. Yurt came with a comfortable bed and very well equipped. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Great communication from the team re bookings and directions etc. Highly recommended.

Yurt (two person)

Liked: Just brilliant. Really great terrain, comfortable Yurt. HOT showers. Compost toilets ( if it's quiet keep door open! Best 'poo with view' ever 😅 ). Fire pits ( logs provided , on site). Incredible sky, sunsets and the stars, just wow. This is a rewilding project just 3 years in. So think Knepp 20 years ago. Will be going back year after year to compare and see the progress.😁. Owls, Kites, Herons and diverse wildlife. Wild Ponies, Cattle and Beaver to come. Bring it on. www.nattergal.co.uk for info and camping details.

Disliked: Leaving 😔
