- Group bookings of 6 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
- Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- A cable measuring at least 15 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 10 metres are not allowed.
- Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
- Bookings for tent must not be for more than 7 consecutive nights.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- Due to open water, farm machinery and out of bounds areas on site, children must be supervised at all times. 10kWh of electricity per night is included: any usage beyond this is metered on site at £0.60 per kWh and can be purchased onsite via the helpline. The Guest Helpline is only intended to support visitors during their stay and is manned between 7am and 7pm (except in an emergency or by prior arrangement).

Liked: A very clean, tidy and quiet site with great amenities, spacious pitches, in a beautiful natural setting with lots of wildlife and views over open countryside. The host/owner is very friendly and helpful - she even came to my rescue when I had drained my car battery! I would highly recommend this site and I will be visiting it again.

Liked: Very clean peaceful site. Great if you have dogs as they have 2 fenced in off lead exercise areas. Supermarkets really close by and a lot to do within 20/30 min drive.
