Liked: easy to find, warm water for showers
Disliked: Could have done with some taps for water in the fields themselves or some lights near the toilts to help people see.

Liked: Very well looked after camping site with great communication and kind people. We called as soon as we arrived and was told to pitch a spot and check in would be later in the evening. Checking in was great, no issues whatsoever. It got very busy but everybody was very respectful. Will happily stay here again
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Location and the showers very hot and toilet block very clean and easy to find site with lots of walks and Bakewell which was beautiful only ten mins in car away .
Disliked: Only takes one rude drunk family to keep the camp up until early hours with loud music and foul mouthed chat way into the early hours after politely being told a number of times . Everyone likes a laugh and chill out but not until 3.30am when signs clearly say be respectful after 10pm 😡

Liked: Campsite was nicely kept and level. The facilities were kept clean at all times. No-fuss check in procedure.
Disliked: No shelfs in the shower cubicles - could use with something to place your stuff on other than a hook. One of the sinks in the toilet facilities was leaking making the floor a bit slippery.

Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay this site exceeded all expectations! The views were truly breathtaking, and the location was easy to find, making our arrival stress free. Everything was spotless; the entire site was maintained to an exceptional standard. Toilets and showers were cleaned regularly, and both were in excellent condition.
The atmosphere was calm and respectful, and it’s clear the site is incredibly well managed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly take pride in what they do. The pitches were neatly cut, and we loved the convenience of the outdoor washing up area.
There was drinking water available on site for filling up carriers, and two large skips for rubbish disposal. We also appreciated the little details like toilet roll always being stocked and hand soap dispensers kept full small touches that make a big impact.
This was our first camping trip to the Peak District with our 5 year old, and it couldn’t have gone better. Thank you.

Liked: Ease of pitching as just turn up and pitch.
Disliked: There was no hot water other than showers so my hands were sore from washing in cold and we had to boil a kettle to wash our dishes. We would have expected hot water in the toilets at least, for hygiene purposes if nothing else. There was more noise than expected as the open fields, near a 24/7 busy A road , meant you could hear all and it spoiled the natural feel of the site a little bit sadly.
