On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a EUR76.00 ($135.82) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: EUR10.00 ($16.59) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the 5 rue de Spoy 10200 MEURVILLE.
• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 4 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/04 and 31/10.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a EUR10.00 ($16.59) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• There is no reception at this campground/park. Please check-in at the 5 Rue de Spoy instead.

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR60.00 ($99.52) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
