Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: $300.00 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a $300.00 damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a $25.00 fee.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a $10.00 deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 9 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of $150.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
