Liked: Beautiful setting for the site and camping field close to toilets and showers. On site cafe is really handy. Staff were very friendly. Just down the road from the mountain biking site. Very dog friendly. Very clean showers and toilets. Sire was quiet but family friendly. Plenty of picnic tables in the tent field
Disliked: Only comments are that the toilet block could do with changing rooms separate to the showers and shelter over the washing up area. No gender neutral toilet or shower facilities, not accessible for wheelchair users.

Liked: Good location for mountain biking at Llandegla. Various pitches but all seem to be quite spread out and a lot of pitches at edge of site overlooking the lakes.
Facilities kept clean and seem to be checked at least a couple of times a day.
Staff are lovely and helpful. Helps that they all seem to have a vested interest in the business.
Disliked: Road can be a little noisy but does quieten down in evening and night.

Shepherd's hut
Liked: Comfortable accommodation clean and well prepared. Enough provided to make the stay easy and cooking facilities were good although a tap next to the shepherds hut would have been a good extra. Just for extra water for washing up filling water bottles etc. Parking great and beautiful view especially in morning with mist over lakes. The availability of the cafe was a great bonus for breakfasts.
Disliked: Lack of a tap and I can imagine getting soaked while cooking if rainy. Extend the lean to roof. Flyfishing is a little expensive for catch and release some system for tickets gor a few hours in the evening. 7 to 9pm
Nothing major overall very good.
