What customers say
Great basic off-grid spot with spacious sites and fire pits. Awesome valley/river views, peace, and handy for Mach Loop. Clean loos, but basic. Can get muddy, a few noise/privacy grumbles. Good value, folks want to return.

Lovely views, large pitches, responsive hosts
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Large pitches, easily fit our 7m tent. Paths marked out to the facilities. Quiet with beautiful views. Free fire pit on each pitch with option to buy wood for £4 - no cash needed just use the QR code on the log shed. Very responsive hosts. Had good signal the whole time, handy for looking for local puns and shops. Direct access to the river beach was excellent.
Disliked We knew there would be no hot water or drinking water but a little less convenient than other sites we have stayed. Two sheds for toilets regularly stocked with loo roll but lots of cobwebs, as they are sheds.
