Campground type
- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed on site.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

- This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.
- There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Although this is now an over-18 site, there may be a chance of under-18 guests due to historical bookings which are being honoured. Live music events are occasionally hosted in the Cross Keys function room, which opens out onto the beer garden. The campsite is a short distance from the pub so there may be more noise than usual during these times, but staff are more than happy to allocate a quieter pitch for you during events if you request it. The kitchen is open every day for lunch and dinner. Booking is recommended.

What customers say
Friendly staff, clean level pitches, and a top pub with good grub and ales are big hits. Peaceful vibe, handy for exploring. Facilities generally good, a bit dated for some. Pub's a real winner.

Liked Open aspect of site, level and very neatly mown. The toilets and showers are clean and pleasant with 'key' access so that only site users can use the facilities. The pitch price is competitive. A priority for us was the Bath and West Showground, just a 15 minute approx. drive away.
Disliked The food menu in The Cross Keys looked delicious but a bit expensive for our budget and limited vegetarian options.

Liked Small, friendly site with nice flat pitches and good facilities. Site is located behind a pub, which served good food and beer. NB - we weren't disturbed by any noise from the pub. There was a convenience store at the petrol station, which is about 5 minutes walk away.
