What customers say
Great spot for a no-frills getaway with heaps of animals, including alpacas, kids will love. Friendly hosts, stunning views, and a peaceful natural vibe get a big thumbs up. Basic facilities and a few sloping spots don't detract from the good value and close-to-nature feel. They're always improving and folks can't wait to come back.

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked This site has amazing views and the owner is so friendly. All the animals are well loved and it's amazing that they offer alpaca walks. You can see the love that's gone into the site and improvements are being made as and when they can.
Disliked The hill up to the field but that's Purely because it is so steep.

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked We loved coming to stay at happyyard. We really appreciated the fact we were allowed to chose our own pitch further away from others due to having 3 children one with additional needs, it can get noisy!
The alpacas get to free roam around the site, they have really friends cats who happily come up for attention. All 3 children and 4 adults enjoyed staying here!
Our pitch had its own portaloo which was incredibly clean! But there were also toilets with running water, taps and a shower on the main site.
