What customers say
Great, chill campsite, super helpful owner, ace for Eden Project (walkable or get a lift!). Facilities mostly tidy, though shower/toilet cubicles could be better. Good vibes, nice spots, top for local sights & a quiet stay.

Great budget stay with warm welcome.
Power optional grass and gravel site
Liked Peaceful and spacious site. Mark the owner welcomes you personally. £5 a night for electric.
Disliked Showers in toilet cubical meant sometimes had to wait a while to pee, they are also timed push button showers. Light went off after no movement invarea outside the shower. But at least they are warm.

Liked When we pulled up have had a 3 hour journey to get there we found Marc courteous and very help full.
This was our homey moon and we wanted some one peaceful and quiet this was exactly what we got. The site is split into 3
Motor home in first section and camping in the next Marc. Was on hand daily.
We stayed for 12 nights. Of an evening we would see the rabbits come out etc.
the main thing we were able to unwind and relax.
Off the facilities toilet blocks were clean and. Leaned every day
Showers lovely and hot and large
Shower drainage was great exactly the same for the ladies toilets etc.
the kitchen area was also clean with 3 washing up places.
We ran out of wood Marc stepped in and provided us with kindling and wood.
Marc is very friendly and does like to check on his guests to see they are ok etc.
nothing to much trouble
On one occasion he even looked after some ones dog for the day whilst they went to the Eden project.
We used the site as a base
5 mins in car to local shops lid Tesco
And hour to beaches.

Unpowered grass tent site
Liked Excellent location for the Eden Project. We walked back after a concert, bit of a cross country trail but ok with torches (about 2 miles from the site to the actual entrance).
Great facilities on the site.
Site was quiet despite being busy.
Friendly welcome on arrival.
Disliked It did seem expensive at £65 for one night camping (3 adults, 1 child) but the site is nice and a convenient location if you want to walk to the Eden project.
