No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.- The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- Bookings from groups of 3 or more people under the age of 25 are not accepted via Pitchup.com. Pup tents can be used for storage or dogs only. Barbecues are permitted in designated areas only. The food shop is seasonal.

Great spot! Clean, spacious sites, and super friendly staff. Washrooms are spotless with hot water. Perfect base for Cornwall's coast and towns. Wi-Fi can be spotty, but most would come back.

Liked The whole park was a lovely site, very clean and level pitch, toilets and shower blocks were clean and tidy to a very good condition every day.
Loved watching the different aircraft flying really low over our tent.

Great site, but struggle with high numbers and hygiene needs improving

Liked So when we arrived, we found that our pitch (grass EHU) had been given to someone else and we had been given a gravel (we were in a tent, hence wanting grass) pitch that was too small..!!
After much panicking that we were going to have to book somewhere else, which would have been a nightmare on a Friday evening, the chap at reception (sorry didn’t get your name) found a solution and moved us to a much quieter pitch with electric… he’s a credit to the site, huge thanks for pulling a rabbit out of the bag!
The shop has all the essentials you could need, plus the new bar is lovely.
Disliked The showers were very grotty, the toilets never had any toilet roll in, were filthy and the bins were overflowing and STANK in the summer heat!!!
The above issues can be attributed to the high amount of bookings, but the site should be aware of the bookings they are taking and account for this with cleaning rotas/ bin emptying.
Evening entertainment would be a good addition.
However… My biggest annoyance…? The 10AM checkout time!

Liked Could b a good site needs refurb swimming pool and lots of other thing to many to list
Disliked Not clean was a problem for us as our granddaughter has CF I wouldn't let my dog use the toilets or showers manager did wat he could wouldn't go back again

All round lovely site.

Liked Lovely maintained site, shower and toilet 🚻 block was clean and always hot running water.
Staff always friendly and helpful.
Dog friendly.
Disliked Shame there's no on site restaurant , the popup food guy is only there on certain days. Kids always playing in and around the toilet & shower block, also states in welcome pack no ballgames on the touring pitches but there was kids kicking footballs all over the pitches.
