Spectacular views over ancient woodland to the sea. Fantastic sunsets on clear evenings. Peace and solitude. All of these things – and more – you’ll get when you book a stay at Just for You, a teeny-tiny, dog-friendly campsite 20 minutes’ drive from buzzy Bude in Cornwall. You’ll more-or-less have this serene spot all to yourselves, with picnic tables and a deck overlooking the gorgeous Marsland Valley. Wake up to birdsong and go to sleep under starry skies on cloudless nights. In between those times, you can stroll down to the beach at Welcombe Mouth (dogs are allowed on the sands all year around), or join the South West Coast Path for clifftop hikes (both 15 minutes’ drive). Alternatively, head for the traditional old pub at Welcombe (10 minutes’ drive) for a drop of Cornish scrumpy cider, or stay put at the site and soak away your cares in the sauna. Just one word of warning for you: this is an off-grid site and you’ll definitely need powerful torches for finding your way around after dark as there is very little light pollution in the area.

Unpowered concrete and grass motorhome site (sea view)
