- Lakeside Kent motorhome pitches five minutes’ drive from Halling
- Rochester 20 minutes’ drive, and Leeds Castle 25 minutes
- Watersports hub in a former chalk quarry; café and takeaway on site
Campground type
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- Facilities/activities including Beach access, Aqua Park, Equipment Rental, Climbing Wall, Archery, Axe Throwing, Wellness Centre, Spa are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.
- Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.
- No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.
- Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.
- Tents are not accepted at this park.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.
- A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Units longer than 6 metres are not allowed.
- This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.
- Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
- The wellness centre is currently closed for refurbishment until 12 October, 2024.

Liked: As well as having your own water tap, electic hook up, picnic table and fire pit on your own level pitch. A kitchen is available to use, for free, alongside the shower and toilets. Everywhere is clean and tidy, everyone is friendly. Full access to lake activities.

Disliked: lack of hot water at sinks and uncontrollably shower temp. End it up using the hot water from the kitchen area to have a wash do not ideal.

Liked: Good location, not far from London. There is Tesco express nearby. Clean toilet, hot shower. Staffs were nice and polite. Price is good for EHU. Gate is locked at night so feel secure. We will definitely return.

Liked: Size of pitch was okay and proximity to Rochester and Upnor.
Disliked: Road noise, long list of what not to do when arrived including beach and walking around , small toilet block, not given designated space when out for day.

Liked: Lovely clean site with a beautiful lakeside view.
This was our 2nd visit. To do the moonlight paddle boarding session which is very well organised.
