Liked Only stopped the night but really quite and nice atmosphere at the spot. Basic toilet block Only toilets and cold running water. Also a fill up point for water dog friendly and bbq permitted. The pub itself was lovely on 50 yards up the road staff very lovely all craft beers and great food we opted for a sharing platter very good our experience overall was a solid 8 out of ten.

Liked Excellent location for exploration nearby towns. Nice walking area. Quiet location. Basic facilities but with the pub on the doorstep there's not much else we'd need. Pub is lovely, and dog friendly with excellent food and beers.

Liked We drink in the pub and don't live to far and have thought about camping here. Luckily we got a spot as last time it was full.table booked for 630pm. And a short walk from campsite to pub.dogs allowed although no noisy dogs on site.toilets available which is good as well as a tap..not a huge site but plenty of space between campers and that is a must on any site. Although some fill up.for the sake of money this was relaxing and your not on top.of each other. When we arrived there was a male cleaning the camping ground and that is coming you do not usually see very often Well done new inn.
Disliked Nothing to say .
Maybe solar lights for lighting the pathway from camping to pub.but not a dislike

Regular visitor - love it here.

Liked Love this place, stayed many times before. Quiet and never crowded. Nowt flashy, toilets are "functional" lol. Surrounded by trees in an old quarry. Sheleterd from any wind. Close to a great little pub with top food and good beer.
Disliked Not a dislike at all but you'll need decent pegs if you stay at the far end as it's only a few inches of soil then you hit stone.
