- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Tents are not accepted at this park.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Liked: Spacious pitches. Very well kept small site. Extremely neat and tidy with lovely roses, trees and shrubs. Very helpful and friendly owner. Easy walk into Pickering. The bus stop to Helmsley and Scarborough is a short walk away.
Disliked: There is some road noise but to be expected as this is mentioned in the booking information.
