What customers say
Great spot, super peaceful, and the hosts are brilliant. Yurts are comfy, roomy, and kitted out. Private loos and hot tubs a real treat. Nice welcome goodies too. A few flies and iffy shower temps, but still a top spot for a chill break.

All in all the site was lovely, peaceful, quiet, friendly staff.
Yurt (hot tub, private bathroom amenities)
Liked We stayed here for our anniversary, it was a lovely stay. Jayne and Graham really do think of everything in the yurts, you have all the essentials and more. Very quiet and private which was lovely. We got our own shower room/toilet in the toilet block with our own key. All in all we had a great stay.
Disliked Only thing I would say is ensure you take a few bags of logs with you as if you are going for more than a couple of nights like we did you will need a few bags of them for the hot tub and log burner to stay warm. Logs you are given 2 bags free when you arrive and they are £7 from Jayne and Graham after that which is fair priced. only thing is it takes a bag and half to get the hot tub going, so by the time evening came we had run out of logs and got a little cold in the night as we didn’t want to call the owners so late for more logs. We ensured the next day we bought plenty while out which we found for £5 at the local b&m store.

A lovely big hug from nature!
Aurora bell tent (hot tub, private bathroom amenities)
Liked We loved everything about Wold Meadow. We have lost count of the number of sites we have stayed on but this was the best. We stayed in the stargazing bell tent and it was absolutely beautiful. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of. From a welcome gift pack, prosecco, hot water bottles, umbrellas, torch, washing up bowl, washing up liquid … all you need to bring is yourself, your clothes and your toiletries. The setting is just so tranquil and you just feel like you’re having a big hug from nature.
Disliked That we had to leave!

Liked Wold Meadow is a Gem, Beautiful scenery specially watching the sun go down while in the hot tub.The yurts are well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Yurt (hot tub, private bathroom amenities)
Liked Greeted on arrival and shown where things are and how to heat up hot tub. Complimentary items were a lovely touch enjoyed the Prosecco and treats. Lots of things have been well thought out here - from a fully equipped kitchen too all the little things like umbrellas, hot water bottles and blankets
Disliked Flys, maybe a magnetic fly screen that attached to door would be a good idea.
Eye mask is also a must

From the manager: Hi
We are really glad you enjoyed your stay with us, and that you liked the extras. We are sorry that the flies were a problem for you unfortunately because we are quite rural we do get them, as our doors are arched at the top we cannot get fly screens to fit, we have tried. Eye masks could be useful for some guests although when we did supply them not many actually wore them which is why we stopped providing them.
Cheers Jayne and Graham
Wonderful hot tub, everyone has a their own shower room and toilet.
Yurt (hot tub, private bathroom amenities)
Liked We liked everything. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The owners had thought of everything we could needed and wanted and more. The owners greeted us and explained everything about the place how everything works. We will definitely be back, we had the most relax time on any trip we have been on.
Disliked That we hadn’t booked a longer stay. We booked 3 nights but should have booked 5 nights.
