Μου άρεσε Lovely welcome at site.
The pool is great, and the kids also loved the pool and table football.
Facilities are always clean.
Just a short walk to a nice small town.

Μου άρεσε Grand emplacement, verdoyant et calme . Une arrivée d’eau est présente sur l’emplacement avec électricité .
Juste à côté des GR .

Δεν μου άρεσε Les sanitaires plutôt loin . D’un côté les douches et beaucoup plus loin les wc.
L’eau de la piscine est salée . Après le 15 août, aucune activité : dommage

Concernant vos remarques :

Les sanitaires sont effectivement répartis de manière à couvrir l’ensemble du camping, ce qui peut donner une impression de distance selon l’emplacement choisi.

Pour la piscine, l’eau est adoucie au sel : c’est un procédé écologique qui génère le chlore naturellement à partir du sel, ce qui permet d’éviter l’utilisation de produits chimiques supplémentaires.

Enfin, il est vrai qu’après le 15 août, nous réduisons les animations pour retrouver un rythme plus calme de fin de saison.

Nous espérons tout de même avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d’une période plus animée ! 🌞

Μου άρεσε We stayed here as a stopover in our Tentbox XL for a longer journey down to Switzerland via Luxembourg and initially had quite low expectations due to its 7.7 review score but just needed a quick rest break . However, we were totally delighted in the end! We were greeted with a friendly welcome - in English- given a map and had details explained. The showers were hot and toilets clean . There’s a pool and bar and the pitches are flat and the pitches have hedges giving a secluded feel. We were really pleasantly surprised by the number of bars and restaurants around the site - a French bistro , and a craft beer : stone baked pizza bar and more ! Even though it was Sunday it was still vibrant in mid august . There’s a fairground for kids and lovely walks . We’d definitely come back as it’s a good site for a one hour from Calais late train stopover en route to further afield .

Δεν μου άρεσε De camping leek een laatste adem uit te blazen tijdens ons verblijf. De meeste sanitaire voorzieningen waren al gesloten vanwege onduidelijke redenen maar wat er nog open was deed het nog maar half of soms helemaal niet meer. We hebben ons verbaasd over hoe dit houtje touwtje nog aan elkaar hing…..

Bedankt dat u uw ervaring met ons hebt gedeeld. Het spijt ons dat uw verblijf niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Dit jaar hebben wij een zeer grote toeloop gekend en ondanks onze inspanningen heeft dit soms invloed gehad op de beschikbaarheid van bepaalde voorzieningen.

Onze sanitaire voorzieningen zijn in augustus normaal geopend en operationeel, behalve in het geval van een onverwachte technische storing die wij altijd zo snel mogelijk proberen te verhelpen.

Wij willen ook benadrukken dat uw opmerking een geïsoleerd geval is: het overgrote deel van de feedback van onze gasten dit seizoen was zeer positief. Dat motiveert ons om onze inspanningen voort te zetten.

Δεν μου άρεσε Cold water for showering and washing dishes, only a few toilets, everywhere was steep to walk, unfinished football/games field, loud and active night life from the regular guests

We are sorry to read about the inconveniences you experienced. The water heating system and the sanitary facilities are points we are working on improving. The football/games field is indeed under development, and we hope to have it fully ready for next season.

As for the nightlife, our campsite usually aims for a calm and family-friendly atmosphere, but we understand that some evenings may have felt too lively. Please don’t hesitate to contact the night guard or reception in such cases so we can react immediately.

We hope to welcome you again in the future under better conditions.

Μου άρεσε Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and bar were well kept. Evening entertainment was fun even if my French wasn't always keeping up. The morning delivery of bread etc was still warm when delivered. Ideal location for WWI and II history (one bunker on the site and another 5 mins walk).

Μου άρεσε Stayed for 3 nights, arrived to the site being full but the team where super accommodating and sorted out a pitch that ended up being super close to the swimming pool and main area.
Found other guests, French, Belgian and English friendly and courteous.

Μου άρεσε Access to the pool, location to lille, childrens park. Most workers were lovely and happy to be patient working through the language barrier.

Δεν μου άρεσε More toilet/shower facilities would have improved the location.
Pool could do with a little maintenance although children oblivious and happy so not a big problem.

Μου άρεσε The fact that there was a tasteful family orientated restaurant bar across the road from campsite called Mont- Noir Altitude .152
It was refeshing and very friendly. The campsite was well attended at the busy season so good to have a choice of bars available

Did not understand why we had to pay an extra 19 euros for taxes .. seemed expensive ontop of prepayment
