Positiv: Seemed like a decent-enough area - quite near Penzance.

Negativ: We arrived at this campsite during some poor weather before easter, and were very excited for the views depicted in the photos. Unfortunately, we could see nothing due to the drizzle / fog. More distressingly, however, the 'campsite' which was in fact just a large field, was a complete bog and the entire area was sodden, with absolutely no other campers or managers in sight. Our vehicle got stuck simply from stopping on the road leading to the field, as it sunk into the soft earth. We looked around and there were no ablutions showers anywhere, temporary or otherwise, nor was there any kind of water source. There was only a sign announcing the campsite, and a bin. We were unable to spend a night here, despite the long drive, and were very disappointed to have to drive home. I will be requesting a refund.

Positiv: We really loved the simplicity of this site. The site is exactly as described. Hot water for washing up and lovely hot showers in an open trailer. Views were fab! Very close to Newlyn but felt that you were in the middle of nowhere with fab views of Saint Michaels Mount. Shaun was very informative and friendly. Keen to make sure we were settled well and knew where everything was. Thank you.

Positiv: Really loved our little stay here. The host was sooo welcoming, warm and just a pure gent.
The showers were hot! Thank you!!! The field was clean, spacious and what a view!

Positiv: What a gem of a location - it felt like a sanctuary in the midst of the hordes of Tourists in other places around. We were in our element with an incredible view right over St Michaels Mount and greeted to a beautiful sunrise. A simple compost loo; (only used the showers built in a horsebox to wash our faces but the water hot). I loved that it didnt have many people there. Was the best part of our trip and would definately go back. This place is for those who love to be close to nature. If you are looking for fancy facilities this is not your place.

Positiv: Very friendly and helpful owner. Hot showers, washing up area, beautiful views over Mount’s Bay. Peaceful. Lots of room, minimum slope and shelter from the prevailing wind. Just the job for a weary bike packer.

Negativ: The rain when packing up!!!

Positiv: I had a great experience at Trewarveneth Manor Farm Campsite. Shaun’s hospitality really made my stay - he went above and beyond to help me out and provide directions for my hike. The showers were really warm (appreciated after a long day hiking!) and the view over Penzance was beautiful to wake up to. This spot is a hidden gem.

Positiv: Showers were so good!!! Lovely hot water.
Shaun went above and beyond to help out. Visited the campsite each day to make sure everyone was happy amd comfortable.
In fact I even got a puncture amd the man went well beyond the average man in taking me to the local tyre fitter to getting it changed.
So polite.

Negativ: Nothing to dislike at all.

Positiv: Beautiful forest. Very peaceful. Clean. Excellent couple ran the campsite. So kind and couldn't do enough to help. Strongly recommend this campsite!
