On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• The site will send you further check-in information 5 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a CHF30.00 (£26.31) fee.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The games room is open between 17/04 and 05/10.
• The grocery shop is open between 17/04 and 05/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 17/04 and 04/10.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• The wellness centre is open between 17/04 and 04/10.

Hired accommodation

• 0.80 not included in the rate and payable on site (meter in place).
• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of CHF100.00 (£87.70) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 3 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
• Group bookings of 8 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
• Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.
• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/06 and 07/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from 12 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/06 and 30/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 17/04 - 31/05 and 31/08 - 05/10.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/06 and 30/08 and between 17/04 and 05/10.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 17/04 and 05/10.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/06 and 30/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. Cars are not permitted when travelling with a motorhome/campervan.

• Units longer than 8.5 metres are not allowed.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
