On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/06 and 03/10.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €100.00 (£82.58) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.
• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €100.00 (£82.58) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 03/10 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/05 and 12/10.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
