Sleep under tall trees and escape summer heat in the rural location of Andújar's Camping La Bolera, in a remote location but eight kilometres from Pozo Alcón and with easy access to and from the A-92. It's deep in the Cazorla-Segura-Villa Natural Park, the biggest protected area in Spain and a land of forests and mountains, valleys and canyons, rivers and waterfalls – and wildlife all around… Outdoorsy days of hiking, biking or horse riding are all available in the area, but if your tastes tend towards the more relaxed and lazy, all you need is to hand: you could (should) lounge by the outdoor pool with a glass of wine or a cold beer from the bar, before ambling along to the site restaurant for many samples of regional food… Other facilities include a playground, wifi and an info point, along with a laundry room, a washing-up area and an amenities block. Groups are welcome.

Liked: El camping en general es bonito, familiar, con muchas sombras, baños y duchas con buena ubicación, la piscina está muy bien, parque infantil, y un restaurante con una calidad excelente en la comida, las cocineras y camareros en general son muy cercanos, amables y divertidos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa y los niños se divirtieron muchísimo con ellos, las raciones son grandes y la comida de primera no dirías que estás en un camping comiendo.

Disliked: La tienda que hay en recepción tiene muy poca calidad, ahí productos no perecederos, higiénicos, o tipo pilas linterna o alargadera que podrían disponer, pero había solo patatas Pringles y cereales de una clase, no digo que monte un super pero si más variedad para urgencia no ir al pueblo, y los baños estaban demasiado sucios las duchas daban mucho asco, vimos como llegaba la mujer de la limpieza y se limitaba a vaciar papeleras y barrer las hojas de la puerta, las duchas tenían moños de pelos, y suciedad, y los WC... Había charcos de pis como si estuviera en una feria.

Liked: Zona muy amplia y bonita,restaurante muy bueno.

Disliked: Había mucha gente (normal en Agosto),y los baños,aunque muy limpios, si que precisarían una reformilla. El wifi solo funcionaba en la zona de recepción.

Liked: La tranquilidad del sitio y que mis niños se divirtieron muchísimo , estaban a su aire e hicieron muchos amigos , nos dejaron aparcar donde quisimos , el embalse a poca distancia , agua clarita

Disliked: Se ve que había gente de más nivel adquisitivo y no se dieron cuenta que eso era un camping y que los niños están allí para jugar y hacer amigos , tenía que haberles llevado la tablet y tenerlos encadenados en mi PARCELA, para que no fuesen muy sociables con los otros niños (esto último fue ironía ) en fin que perdemos los valores con los que nos hemos criado, cuando os cruceis con personas asi , cambiaros de PARCELA, por el bien de vuestras vacaciones 🤘

Liked: Solo nos gustó en bar, la atención en el mismo fue genial

Disliked: Los aseos sucios, mal cuidados, agua caliente que se cortaba mientras duchabamos a los niños.
Las duchas deterioradas.
Para higienizarse en la mañana todos los lavabos estaban en el exterior.
Creo que por el precio hay camping en las zonas de muuucha mejor calidad.
Entiendo que hay mucha afluencia de gente pero deberían poner más personal para la limpieza.

Liked: Tienen restaurante, la gente que trabaja en él es muy maja, el camping está rodeado de montaña y es muy natural.

Disliked: Los baños dan miedo, sucios, con millones de mosquitos y muy pocos para toda la gente que había. La piscina en las fotos parece gigante y es bastante pequeña para la cantidad de gente que hay. Algún trabajador del camping fue bastante antipático. Solo tienen wifi en la caseta de recepción que está fuera y no hay cobertura

Local attractions

Camping La Bolera is set in a pine forest in the Cazorla-Segura-Villa Natural Park, with kilometres of hiking and cycling in the surrounding area and horse riding available to book nearby. Although it's deeply rural, the A-92 is within easy access for driving days slightly further afield. Recommended hikes include up to the viewpoint in Alcantarilla (and then an amble around the town's Main Street shops and its parks and squares); around the Cerro de las Disputas and along the river Guadalentín, and to the waterfalls, mountains and wild swims of the Arroyo Guazalamanco: this last is a must. La Bolera is also close to the Bolera reservoir, where swimming is allowed and where kayaks are available for hire.
