On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 8 day(s) of arrival.

Extras

• 0: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €0.00 (£0.00) per adult and €0.00 (£0.00) per child per 0.
• Facilities/activities including Bicicletas are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
• The wellness centre is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Pool

• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.
• The indoor swimming pool is open between 01/01 and 31/12.
• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Reception

• Reception is closed from 10 p.m. to 8:30 a.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 12 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 01/11 - 31/03 and 01/11 - 31/03.
• Reception is unmanned after 10 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
