Liked: Firstly this is not a campsite as such more a park up. If you are looking for wide lawns, laid out pitches or a swimming pool this is not the place for you. This is not a criticism as the place is exactly as described.

It was a fantastic location for relaxation and enjoying peace and quiet.

The biggest positive of this place is the host Marco who went out of his way to be welcoming, informative and helpful. Any request for assistance or information was readily accepted and acted upon.

There is an excellent restaurant on site where you can eat locally sourced food and wine with first class service and all at a reasonable price.

Sit back enjoy the bird song, go for a stroll around the area. Be aware though it is an archery centre so you may do lots of people with bows and arrows.

Take time to talk with host Marco, he is so friendly and engaging and has a huge knowledge of the area and has travelled extensively so had lots of great stories to tell. We spent a wonderful evening in his company after a fantastic simple meal.

Disliked: WiFi was broken when we stayed, a problem in the area not at the campsite. Actually added to the isolation though.

Liked: The value for money of this campsite is hard to beat! Although it could be difficult to find a level area when busy, we luckily had the site all to ourself so this wasn’t a problem.
Just be mindful that the driveway to the campsite is down a narrow, single-track, gravel road with many potholes. However, once you’ve arrived, you’re greeted with a very clean, welcoming, eco-tourist restaurant/bar area, which really feels like a cabin-in-the-woods kind of vibe. The host was extremely accommodating, we arrived slightly after 8pm due to a mechanical problem with our van, which was no problem to the host as he waited around to welcome and check us in with a lovely, welcoming manner. This really was appreciated after a long drive! And in the morning he couldn’t help us more by phoning up a local garage to get us booked in to get our window repaired - thank you!!!
WiFi was super good and fast, can reach it in the bar area and also on the campsite grounds. Key access to the toilet & shower 24/7. Again we had the whole place to ourselves but there is only one bathroom.
Enjoy your stay if you choose to book, especially for the great price and host, and look out for a beautiful, clear night sky and see if you can spot some deer! Perfect stop-over for 1 night in our opinion but could stay longer.

Liked: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Den Platz konnten wir uns aussuchen, da wir die einzigen Gäste auf dem Stellplatz waren. Der Platz ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Nachtessen, das für uns und zwei weitere Gäste zubereitet wurde. Super Antipasti Platte, erster und zweiter Gang mit Auswahl, Pasta und natürlich Fleisch, auch sehr gut. Nach 2 Gängen waren wir eigentlich satt, aber einen halben Hauptgang und ein gemeinsames Dessert, haben wir uns trotzdem noch genehmigt.

Disliked: Im WC/Dusche wäre ein Haken für das Handtuch noch praktisch.

Liked: The toilet was clean and had toilet paper supplied, that's where this positive review ends!

Disliked: Where do I start? The pitch/site was just a weed infested gravel covered side area to the building on site, with no level areas to park. No pathway back to the building where there was a toilet shower basin cubicle at the main building. This was behind a gate that gets locked at night so you need to use the facilities before then. There are no hooks, shelves or anywhere to put your towel or toiletries and clothing whilst using the shower. So everything had to be put into the basin. And no dishwashing area, so the hand basin in the one toilet is the only area to wash your dishes. No rubbish bins or recycling bins for your waste. No wi-fi, no telephone or mobile phone reception. Completely isolated.
This has been by far the worst place I have stayed at in Italy. It really should be removed from this app as it is not a suitable place for people to go to.

mi dispiace che sia trovato male ma se avesse letto di cosa disponiamo non era incluso il posto dove poter lavare piatti etc.
Del resto a parte quando è arrivato non sono neppure riuscito ad avere un colloquio con lei dato che partiva presto ed arrivava tardi.
La ringrazio comunque di avermi portato indietro la chiave elettronica che le permetteva di utilizzare i servizi igienici (mi dispiace che acqua calda e doccia non le siano stati soddisfacenti per le sue esigenze) ma ....

Il posto a parte la ghiaia ed erba era completamente libero è poteva sicuramente mettersi come meglio credeva ( 30 metri per 10 penso siano abbastanza per trovare un posto in piano... lo dico da vecchio camperista.

Liked: Ein wunderschöner ruhig gelegener Stellplatz, in mitten von Natur, Wiesen und Wald. Der Besitzer war besonders gastfreundlich, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Disliked: Toiletten/Waschräume ab 21 Uhr leider nicht mehr zugänglich.
