Liked: Der Campingplatz hat alles, was man braucht, von Wassersport angeboten über ein Restaurant und einen super schönen Zugang zum See. Uns und unserem 4-Beiner hat es super gefallen! Die Stellplätze waren groß und durch die vielen Bäume sehr schattig. Die Nächte waren angenehm ruhig und auch am Tage konnte man super entspannen. Wir haben viele nette Leute kennengelernt und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Gern wieder!

Liked: Tout était parfait. L'accueil à l'arrivée comme au départ. L'emplacement de l'emplacement proche du bord du Lac Majeur. L'équipe d'animation. La propreté du complexe. La proximité du centre ville.

Liked: Trevlig Beach-bar.

Disliked: När jag bokade platsen betalade jag för beachfront men fick inte det. Såg inte vatten från vår plats alls.
Gillade heller inte att det var många hundar som använder badet, då dessa var tillåtna.
Ganska liten strandremsa och trång känsla.
Aldrig tyst på denna camping pga för mycket folk, och frekvent med flygplan som lyfter ovanför.

In response we would like to inform you that you did not book a beach pitch but a lake pitch, however, you were allocated a pitch in the second row from which you can see the lake.
We are a pet friendly campsite so dogs are welcome inside.
The beach is a grassy beach just the right size to accommodate all our guests.
Malpensa airport is 20 kilometres from here so there are planes taking off and landing.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a good continuation.

We are sorry that you found the pitches too close to each other, in fact they are large pitches so that everyone has their own space.
Check-in is when the guest is welcomed and we always explain the campsite and all the facilities in detail.
As far as the lakeshore is concerned, we have a large beach where you can sunbathe and relax and for walks there are many green areas in the vicinity of our campsite. We would have been happy to tell you about them if only you had asked us.

Liked: Le cadre étais simpatique avec le lac tous prêt.

Disliked: Les emplacements sont petit, nous ne pouvons pas nous positionner comme nous le souhaitons sur les emplacement. Les sanitaires étaient pas super propre et souvent en manque de papier toilette.
Nous avons attendu 1h pour pouvoir faire le check-in car la pauvre réceptionniste étais dépassé. Le personnelle du camping passe la souffleuse à feuille à 1h du matin à côté des emplacements. Enfin je vais m'arrêter la...

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre camping et la proximité du lac.
Nous sommes désolés que les emplacements n'aient pas été à votre goût, nos emplacements sont de différentes tailles et il y a des emplacements qui accueillent des campeurs jusqu'à 8m de long.
Les toilettes sont nettoyées tous les jours et plusieurs fois par jour et, en cas de manque de papier hygiénique, nous aurions apprécié que vous nous le signaliez afin que nous puissions en fournir.
Nous sommes désolés pour la longue attente à l'enregistrement mais les procédures de réception prennent le temps d'expliquer en détail tous les services de notre camping.
Quant au souffleur de feuilles, nous trouvons cela un peu inhabituel à 1 heure du matin, mais nous avons un numéro de réponse 24 heures sur 24 et nous aurions été à votre disposition si vous l'aviez signalé.
