- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 01/09 (subject to weather conditions).
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- Reception is unmanned after 9 p.m.. Please inform the site while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- Free wifi is only available at the bar. During the winter months, the bar, shop and restaurant may be closed and the site will be carrying out maintenance works which may cause disruption. Water points will be a short walk from the camping field in freezing temperatures.

Liked 2nd year running we have stayed here and it was just as good as the first time. Had a lovely meal at the restaurant too. Wifi is just the best, so so fast. Maybe see you next year!

Liked Owner very friendly & goes out of his way to please visitors, sanitary facilities satisfactory. Pleasant walks around the two lakes.
Disliked The bar/restaurant area, although very convenient & seemed popular, was very noisy into the early hours which wasn’t acceptable for us.

We are a very small campsite and everything is within a very short walking distance so I can understand why you may think the bar was noisy. In future, if you are visiting a campsite and there is unnecessary noise please let the owners know so we can sort the situation out. We are at the campsite all the time and would prefer to hear the problem when it happens rather than in a review. We are very approachable and strive to make improvements so everyone has a pleasant stay.

Liked Fab campsite. Very friendly English owners. Nothing was too much trouble. Very well placed for the river Gironde with its beautiful seafood restaurants. Lovely little villages and nice for cycling.

Liked Way better than we ever expected. Easy to find, friendly staff on arrival. We had no idea it was run by English so it was a pleasant surprise, lots of English friendly people staying on site too. Showed to our pitch and around the place soon as we arrived.
Site is amazing, so quiet, clean facilities. Local on site bar/restaurant which we ate in twice and not a single fault to be had. Fish & chips was lovely! Prices reasonable.
Pool was great, kids loved it.
We actually loved it so much we extended our stay by an extra 2 nights. Only moving on as we planned to move around in France but we hope this site hasn't ruined our expectations of other sites!
So many other campers on site say they come here every year, so I think that speaks for itself.
We cycled into town, only 10 minutes ride. Experienced the food market that was on a Tuesday, very nice food.
Added bonus that we didn't realise, really good Wifi in all areas of the site. (80mb) Better than my Wifi at home!
Disliked My only real criticism is that the pool needs a bit of TLC, few loose tiles around the edges, but I really am being picky. I am sure the staff would do this before it came dangerous.
