Camping La Crémade

Liked: Spectacular scenery, lovely campsite kept very clean and well maintained. Great bar and restaurant, used by locals too which is always a good sign. Warmly welcomed by our hosts. We came for two days and ended staying for eight! A beautiful area to explore with a nearby village. The site was a true find.

Liked: We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Lolita and Cédric. This lovely couple were generous with their knowledge of the area and the fabulous walks that you could take either directly from the site or within a short drive.

The site itself is a real gem, with generous, level pitches set amongst mature native trees and spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. If you want peace and tranquility amongst nature, this is the place for you! Overnight, there was no sound other than the occasional hoot of tawny owls.

The toilets and showers are relatively basic but spotlessly clean.

Fresh bread and croissants daily (order the night before).

It was a wrench to leave after our four night stay. We will most definitely return if we are in this area again.

Liked: El lugar es precioso y privilegiado de la zona. Yo fui a finales de agosto y estaba bastante vacío, disfruté mucho, mi parcela estaba con muchos arboles y la convivencia era muy agradable.
La atención del equipo magnífica.

Liked: Everything … fab owners, very clean facilities, hot water. Lovely little bar and restaurant selling reasonably priced good food. Great walks abound . wi fi poor … so I loved it even more

Liked: The campsite in the most amazing setting surrounded by mountains. Warm welcome

Disliked: Pitches not very flat... Unfortunately Dogs were not on leads and dogs defecated on neighbouring pitches made it difficult when walking around in the dark

Effectivement il n'est absolument pas le reflet du camping. Il est fortement dommage et peu constructif pour nous, lorsqu'un client se cache derrière un avis au lieu de nous en faire part directement. Le 2/10 pour la propreté est difficile à encaisser ! Le camping et les sanitaires sont propres et souvent mentionnés dans les autres avis... Après, si un client n'a pas respecté le règlement, à savoir tenir son chien en laisse, il est vrai que ce n'est pas normal, maintenant j'espère pour vous que c'est du pied droit que vous êtes monté dedans, il paraît que cela porte chance !

It does not reflect the campsite at all. It's a great pity and not very constructive for us when a customer hides behind a review instead of telling us about it directly. The 2/10 for cleanliness is hard to take! The campsite and sanitary facilities are clean and are often mentioned in other reviews... After that, if a customer hasn't respected the rules, i.e. keeping their dog on a lead, it's true that it's not normal, but now I hope for your sake that it was with the right foot that you climbed in, it's said to bring good luck!
