Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked The facilities were spotless and Jane and her husband are lovely hosts who make you feel welcome. The pitch was huge so plenty of room and very quiet at night. The games room, fridge, freezer etc were also very handy.

Disliked Nothing to dislike as first class all round.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked A lovely, well maintained campsite with very clean facilities and friendly owners.

Has a pool table and ping pong in an indoor building which is great for rainy days (luckily we didn't have any!).

Plenty of space between pitches and loads of room for tents, cars and seating.

Dog exercise field is a nice bonus of you've got a dog!

Disliked Nothing!

Electric hardstanding and grass touring pitch

Liked Private, clean toilets and shower. Large pitch with electricity and water, hard standing with grass. Dog walking field brilliant. Provide fire pits and bags of logs to buy. The friendly helpful owners. Children loved the pool table and table tennis, plus cycling around the site and the football pitch. Amazing campsite.

It’s our second time here and we loved our stay again thank you.
My son adores the football area and played with other campers.

Local attractions

You’ve got to catch a castle or few if you come to these parts – Pembrokeshire’s dotted with fine examples. With a drive of 20 minutes or so you can take in the ruins of Carew Castle (often handsomely reflected in the neighbouring mill pond), stroll around seaside Manorbier Castle or head to Pembroke to see the fortress where Henry VII was born. And you’ve got to take in a beach or few too. There are the traditional resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot (20 minutes’ drive), many surfers' favourite spot Freshwater West (half an hour) and the utterly gorgeous Barafundle Bay, often tipped as one of the world’s best (half an hour). Birdwatching boat trips to Skomer from Dale and dolphin-spotting safaris from St Davids are both about 45 minutes away. For family-friendly attractions, see Manor Wildlife Park (15 minutes), the Heatherton World of Activities (15 minutes), Wild Lakes Wales (five minutes) and Oakwood Theme Park (10 minutes).
