Sunrise bell tent

Liked Fabulous location. Great facilities, didn't need to bring a thing (but we did). Great hosts. Tent was capacious and super comfy - never camped so well. Close to some of the best shops on the Island and takeaways!! Loved it.

Disliked Nothing, other than a pesky bird cooing at 6am!! 🐦😉🤣

Liked Loved our stay at Caeau Crinion. Ken made us extremely welcome, going above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. The facilities were great, with a fantastic set up with everything you need, as well as being very clean. Just a few minute walk to the local pub and a great spot for exploring Anglesey. Cannot fault it. Thanks again, Ken, for a great stay.

Evening Glow bell tent

Liked - Exceptionally well kept site
- Friendly and welcoming hosts, nothing was too much trouble
- Clean and tidy facilities
- Ken even asked if my son (3 years old) would like to borrow a football to play with and offered a bucket and spade for the beach!

This holiday was absolutely brilliant. The glamping tent that we stayed in was on a small field with one neighbouring tent. The view was beautiful and the sun set to die for. The positioning of these facilities had been very well thought out to ensure you had the Sun all day and woke up to a fantastic view of the hills and fields.
My son loved waking up and saying good morning to the horse in the field opposite.

Ken was extremely kind and nothing was too much trouble for him. He welcomed us and even made a fuss of our toddler and the baby. The toilets and shower area were very clean and tidy.

We had a FANTASTIC time

Disliked N/A- No complaints whatsoever, we had a fantastic time

Liked The campsite was immaculate, the bell tents were so comfortable and homely. Such a peaceful little place we will definitely be returning in the near future, the site owners can’t do enough for you. They even let us charge our phones in their conservatory. The site has everything you need, the shared toilets and showers were very clean. Thanks for a great stay

Local attractions

Want to brush up on the Welsh art scene? Then head to Oriel Môn (10 minutes’ drive), a gallery focusing on the works of Charles Tunnicliffe, renowned for his drawings of birds, and landscape painter Kyffin Williams, plus other local artists. There are also archaeology and social history collections. If Oriel Môn has whetted your appetite for art, check out Plas Newydd House and Gardens (15 minutes), home to one of the UK’s largest murals, a 17.5-metre work by Rex Whistler. This 18th-century mansion is also worth a visit for its gardens and views across the Menai Strait to Snowdonia. Cross the Menai Strait and head to Caernarfon (half an hour) to check out the imposing medieval castle where Prince Charles was invested (a UNESCO World Heritage site). If you want to go further back in time, there are also the ruins of Segontium Roman Fort on the outskirts of town.
