What customers say

A beautiful lakeside campsite with direct access to Lake Bala, perfect for watersports. Visitors praised the immaculate, clean facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Pitches are generally spacious and well-maintained. The site is popular with families and noted for its peaceful atmosphere, though some experienced noise and found it busy at peak times. While most found the site excellent, a few noted the WiFi could be better and expressed a desire for more dog walking areas.

Electric hardstanding motorhome pitch

Liked Fabulous site great pitch location well worth the extra few pounds for a hard standing with electric the lake was amazing. Nice bike ride into the village didn’t take very long at all. Fabulous use on the way down with our bikes quite a long way to walk but would still be worth it maybe not on holiday.

Disliked We disliked the fact that there was only one toilet block. It was miles away from everything. There was plenty of toilets and showers. It was just a really long walk when you’re desperate for the loo or have children that are desperate for the loo.

Electric grass touring caravan pitch

Liked Nice showers/toilets. Shop was well stocked with essentials

Disliked Quite a noisey site. Supposed to be quiet after 10.30 but we were kept awake until 12.30 one night by noise.
Paid extra for "premium" WiFi but it was rubbish.

Electric grass touring caravan pitch

Liked There was nothing not to love about this camp site! The views and scenery were outstanding. Toilets and shower blocks very clean and never over crowded. Everyone on the site followed the quiet times of 10pm - 8am and it was an absolute joy to be here. None of us wanted to leave. Lovely town of Bala 2miles up the road.

Disliked Nothing
