ParcFarm Caravan Park is set in the Clwydian Hills midway between Llangollen, Mould and Ruthin, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Your escape from the hustle and bustle of hectic working life begins as soon as you arrive. ParcFarm has a heated indoor swimming pool, children's play area, football and sports field with bike track and our licensed club house, The Ranch, which serves a variety of pub meals to eat in or take away - is the ideal place to relax in the evening. We have an on-site shop selling all essentials, well-maintained heated shower and toilet blocks, a laundry area and covered dishwashing facilities available to all guests. Our reception area includes a tourist information point to help you discover the local area.

Route directions

From Ruthin by car: Take the A494 for about 9 minutes, then turn onto the B5430 for about 6 minutes. Park Farm will be on your right-hand side. From Chester by car: Take the A494 to the A55. Leave the A55 and take the A550. At the roundabout take the third exit onto A5104 for about 3 minutes, then turn left onto A541. Take the first right onto Corwen Road/A5104, continue on for about 7 minutes then take the B5430. Follow this road for about 3 miles and Parc Farm will be on your left.

Set between the attractive, historic market towns of Mold, Ruthin and Llangollen. Popular street markets are held twice weekly in Mold and there is a monthly farmers' market in Ruthin. Both towns also have excellent shops. Should you feel like eating out you will be well catered for with a variety of local pubs and restaurants nearby. Admission

At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the At the club house or Email us at info@valeholidayparks.com with your booking reference to check in.
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Changes to your holiday

Modifications are subject to a £30.00 fee.

Dogs

Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m..
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

4. The person who makes the booking is responsible for the booking and warrants that the party will not exceed the numbers that the accommodation can accommodate.

5. Late payment will result in cancellation. Ensuring payment on time is the client's responsibility.

6. The park shall not be responsible any personal injury, loss or damage that may be sustained by guests or their property onsite.

7. Late arrivals must be notified as soon as possible. Your booking will be held until 9am the following morning. After this period the management will treat your booking as a cancellation. No refunds will be offered.

8. No refund/discount for early departure unless it is as the result of the breach of some obligation of the park that would justify cancelling the holiday.

9. Pitches will be allocated on arrival. We cannot guarantee pitch allocation requests.

10. There is no charge for Registered Assistance dogs for disabled guests.

11. The size of your unit (including tents and gazebos) must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure that the allocated pitch is large enough. Should you subsequently alter your requirements, we cannot guarantee to provide an appropriately sized pitch.

12. Please call us when you are on your way if you are likely to arrive later than 5pm.

13. Late departure will result in an additional nigh being charged.

14. Once you have made your booking and paid a deposit (or the full amount), the price of the holiday will not be subject to any change unless the rate of VAT changes.

15. The Ranch is open all day every day during school holidays and is open during the evenings only at all other times.
