From the manager: Hi
We’re really sorry about this, as of the 1st June we (Dan & Leighanne) are the new owners of Stamford way fisheries and camping and this will not be the case going forward. All we can do is apologise for the previous owners, and we hope you can give us another thought in the future.
Thanks,

Liked: Pleasant welcome, very helpful, clean tidy site. Pitches well kept, nice and quiet, excellent location for a lovely walk round the castle and Wepre park. Shower/toilet block very clean, warm water.
Disliked: Didn’t seem to be enough hookups for the caravans. Have to park quite close together. Very very unpleasant smell from bin, more so than you’d expect. Pain the water waste and tap being so far away from pitches.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay, the family who own the site are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. There were quite a few other people staying on site, all of which were friendly, it had a great relaxed atmosphere where the kids could be kids and felt safe. We will definitely stay again as it is a perfect location for us to visit family.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.
