What customers say
This is a popular, family-friendly site with many activities for children. Visitors praise the clean facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location near the beach. However, some found it busy and noisy, with expensive food and activities. Pitches and some facilities could be improved, particularly for tourers. Despite some drawbacks, many would recommend and return.

Overall good stay. Facilities need updating but useable and clean.
Warren electric grass touring pitch
Liked The flatness of the pitches. Entertainment was on if you wanted it. Price was good. Easy access to bus stops.
Disliked Prices are more expensive than general pubs and shops. But it’s what you expect from holiday destinations.
This is the second time we’ve been this year last time we could stay on site until 2pm at no extra charge. This time I asked they wanted £15 to stay until 11.30.
I didn’t pay it. But what a way to make some extra money.
Make sure you check out different sites for the amount you pay. Ours was far less on pitch up than park dean were charging.
WiFi is none existent away from the centre.

We felt excluded from anything nice!
Warren electric grass touring pitch
Liked The main complex was very good and the food and staff in the restaurant was first class.
Disliked Very poor shower and toilet block on the dog pitch field. Plus the roads were just gravel instead of tarmac. We felt like second class citizens compared to the static caravans. Come on parkdean, spend some money!!

Ok for a cheap night's stay
Warren electric grass touring pitch
Liked easy to get to and easy to get around the pitch. cheap accommodation
Disliked The pitch was nothing like the image on the website. Very built up with static caravans. Site facilities are a little tired and grubby. Lots of the activities advertised on the website were not running or available at the time of our stay which was disappointing. Quite noisy as we could hear the road from our pitch, even late at night and early morning.
