Camping and touring

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
• There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the Entrance gate instead.
• The site will send you further check-in information 14 day(s) before your arrival.
• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

• Disposable barbecues, any firepit or barbecue not elevated off the ground are not permitted.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• This site has no on-site shower facilities.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a £40.00 damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The damage deposit will automatically be pre-authorised in advance on the card used to make your booking.
• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £40.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Pitches

• Pitches: a £40.00 deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.
• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 22/07 and 12/09 and between 12/09 and 20/09.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.
• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

• Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.
• Units heavier than 3500 kg are not allowed.
• Units longer than 6m metres are not allowed.
