Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.
- A cable measuring at least 12 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- No electric barbecues allowed.
- There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
- The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Disliked: The site could do with a larger sign as we missed it on first arriving. It is facing the direction from Totnes but not from the opposite way.

Liked: Perfect site for camper-vans, easy to get to and clear pitches that are spacious.
Very clean toilets and showers, never had a problem with the hot water even at busy times.

Lovely generous pitches more than enough space to spread out!
Showers and toilets very clean.
Easy to find and close to Totnes. Easy to access with the camper and can avoid narrow lanes to get there.
Obvious rubbish system that’s was well maintained.
Good phone signal is an added bonus!!
Disliked: Lights in toilets could be set to stay on longer

Liked: A lovely quiet family friendly campsite, set up clearly and beautifully with the simple necessities. Hot powerful showers in a clean set up with decent toilets and washing up facilities along with the added bonus of a fridge to store perishables.
We arrived a little earlier than planned and found our plot easy enough (each plot numbered). Not long after beginning to set up our camp and we were greeted by our host, Amelia, a very friendly and welcoming lady. We sorted out the hire of a firepit which was delivered with all the kit the following day for us.
Good sized plots so you don't feel like your are squeezed in, even though the majority of the plots were in use during our stay. There were plenty of young families and older couples alike making it a good calm mix of fellow campers. The site was quiet each night by 10 and surprisingly quiet first thing in the morning too (excluding the local wildlife).
A very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and visit again.
Disliked: Being high up and quiet exposed there were times of high wind - obviously cannot control the weather but just to be prepared!

Liked: Fantastic bathrooms and washing up area, lovely sized pitches and the owner was so warm and welcoming
Disliked: Pitch was more sloped than I expected...we'll just need to practice with leveling ramps so we can come back

Liked: Very generous size plot.
Not a big site.
Site owner is friendly.
Nice views
Disliked: Limited 5 min showers (then takes 10 mins to heat another 5 mins worth). My boyfriend struggled in 5 mins let alone if you have long hair or children!
Open to elements.
Only two showers and an additional two toilets, queuing and waiting at peak times.

Liked: Great site for family’s with young children, so safe and quiet. Large pitches so plenty of space for playing.
Some of the best cleanest toilet and showers I’ve ever come across while camping. Loving the tin bins to encourage recycling(kids love sorting the rubbish).
Had NO issues with road noise, the odd motor bike at 9pm and the 5 minute showers was plenty of time, love the mad dash to be the first so you don’t have to wait that 10 minutes for hot water.
The site can be a little windy into the evenings weather dependant so would recommend you position your tent and get those pegs in correctly.
