Food at bar was really good ate there most nights as not too expensive and was nice.

Disliked: Arcade didn't really have much in it for younger kids
Breakfast was poor for the Price.

Liked: Facilities, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Showers and toilet all exceptionally clean etc. No complaints. Great location walking distance to Dawlish and beach etc.

Disliked: The only area the site lets itself down is the food in the Oceans bar. Breakfast: Bacon like cardboard, eggs too long under a lamp, tiny sausage (More like a party sausage on a stick than a proper sausage!) Given we arrived as the place opened it was an atrocious meal.

Fish and chips. All swimming in fat on the plate from the terrible batter. Awful, can't remember the last time I saw fish and chips that bad.

If a light sleeper consider ear plugs as trains run close by and run in the night time too....

We’re truly sorry to hear that the food in the Oceans Bar didn’t meet your expectations. We take all guest feedback seriously, and we will share your comments with our kitchen team to help improve the quality of the meals. Your experience with breakfast and fish and chips certainly doesn’t reflect the standard we aim for, and we’ll be looking into this.

There are no trains in the surrounding area of Lady's Mile so unsure what it was you were hearing, unless it was an echo but the rail line is quite far away.

Liked: Friendly staff toilets clean. Good enclosed exercise area for dogs

Disliked: Stated electric was included but we arrived we were informed that only 8kws allocated per day we had to scan qr code and put card details to meta power before electric was switched on they immediately took money from the account incase we went over limit to ensure payment. There was no meter on the pitch so that we could not monitor our usage. We did not like having to give card details to third party as we did not know how secure the company was. None of this was mentioned when we booked. There was also continual noise from workers on the site from early in the morning.

Liked: Holiday park as a whole is great. However the so called premium pitches are not very level we use all our ramps and could not level. They have quite strict rules on what type of van you have but not in forced we were woken twice in middle of the night by people staring engine’s we assume for extra heating, also people with noisy diesel heaters in vans with very noisy side slide door’s slamming all the time.

Disliked: Pitches not level, noise at night, builders van not suited for the site, people use I h diesel heaters, ehicle moving around maybe leaving at 3am.

Liked: Nice individual fully serviced half grass / half gravel pitches with plenty of space. Lots of facilities but we did not use them - very reasonably priced

Disliked: Introduction of a trial of metered electricity was a concern however we opted for a pitch without this
