Liked: Wow ..I can't express how amazing this place is ...received a call the day before from fran confirming everything which was lovely as the booking was made through pitch up so was nice to put a person to the holiday accomodation.due to the hot weather.we actually arrived alot earlier than planned as we wanted to make a day of it ..after arriving just to check where we were based we were greeted by the lovely fran who was actually cleaning the van at the time ..we had a lovely chat just explaining we were just finding our base as we were actually 4 hours early , her response give me 30 min and the place is all yours ..this was the start of how accommodating this place and family are ..your immediately welcomed and treated like family ..nothings too mich trouble without being too intrusive ..we stayed in the caravan and it's not modern, its not new , not at all but this place is a gem ..it has everything absolutely everything, every little detail you don't get in your posh new caravans. Its home from home , it's cosy and as soon as you walk in your comfortable, relaxed and at home ..the setting is amazing it has a wonderful decking area which was fabulous with the wonderful weather we had ..the location is incredibly central and there's a wonderful beach a 10 min drive that's not overcrowded not commercialised..its just a perfect little cove ..a fab tip from fran and we loved it ..we stayed for 3 nights prior to our weeks stay in hayle and there's nothing I can say that disappointed..these are wonderful hosts who make you feel incredibly welcome and part of the family. They will accommodate you , accommodate every need ..I can honestly say if you have the opportunity to stay in the caravan grab it
.we will definitely be back myself my partner and my children couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay or start to our holiday..a huge thankyou
Disliked: Belive me there's nothing to dislike

Liked: Fran and Mike were exceptional hosts. They greeted us on our arrival and were so kind and welcoming! We went to and Eden session and they had kindly printed us a map and route to help us navigate our way down and for an extra £5 came to pick us up. We were so grateful for this kindness.
The toilet and shower facilities were super clean as well.
