Liked This campsite is in a great location.
The pitches are flat, which is really nice as so often we have to camp on uneven ground.
The karts, bikes, garden toys are great for children and adults.
Toilets always well stocked with soaps and toilet roll/ hand towels.
We loved the outdoor showers, used the indoor ones also.
Always hot water no matter what time of day/night.
Was also nice to have access to a fridge, freezer, microwave & kettle.
Saves having to take a lot of these extra bits.
Felt a safe campsite with a big gate separating you from the road.
Was nice and quiet in the evenings.
Owners are lovely, very friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely return here.

Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked Well cared for and beautifully decorated site.
Facilities - great kitchen, toilets and indoor and open air showers. Loads of toilet paper, soap and even disposable shower mats. The dressing table and mirrors are also a nice addition, much used by teenage girls!
My 9 year old loved the indoor beach.
Fire pit loan, many campsites charge.
Friendly owners
Safe and welcoming environment.
Disliked Nothing
Could possibly offer wifi, but mobile signal was great so not really necessary.

A campsite we would return to without hesitation.
Electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked What a wonderful 10 days we had. Kym and Gary made us welcome from the start and it's clear that they both care passionately about what they do. the pitches are generous and flat and the facilities almost make it feel like you're cheating (fridge, freezer and microwave. Indoor play area for kids and chill-out area for adults). Everywhere was well presented and clean, the water was hot and the outdoor showers were amazing (there are indoor ones too - don't worry). Our grown-up kids had a whale of a time using the pedal go-karts and scooters and having free access to the fire pits and BBQ facilities was also good. Even when it got busy at the weekends there was no disruption and people respected the night-time quiet zone.
There was no wifi whilst we were there (not sure if this is flagged as being available anyway) but who really needs wifi these days anyway. But if you're a phone addict then you might want to bear this in mind. There's a really nice pub (the Anchor) a 5 minute walk up the road that does good pub-grub at reasonable prices so if you're fed up cooking at your tent you can always give yourself a treat. The surrounding area gives access to Chichester (lovely town centre) and a range of beaches. Stretch yourself a bit further out and you've got Hastings, Paulton's Park and lots of other attractions to keep your interest. We were there for 10 days and didn't find that we ran out of things to do.
It's not perfectly quiet (there is some road and plane noise) but not that you'd notice during the daytime - and even at night when things quieten down it's not going to disturb you unless you're really sensitive to these things.
In general it was one of the nicest camps we've been to and we'd go back in a heartbeat. If you value friendly campsites with a chilled-out vibe then this is definitely the place for you - especially if you have kids (of any age!).

Excellent campsite especially for kids, great facilities
Non-electric grass tent or trailer tent pitch
Liked - Facilities - From Fridge and Freezer to the kettle, to clean showers and toilets couldn't ask for more
- Pitch - We were very pleased with our pitch could see the whole site, it also came with a picnic bench and plenty of shade which helped in the heatwave.
- Equipment - So much you can use from fire pits to BBQ all in very reasonable condition and free!
- Child toys - So much toys from dolls and bucket and spades in the "beach", to push car and go karts outside our daughter was never bored which was brilliant for us.
- Gary & Kym - They were brilliant very helpful when we arrived, and available at all times in case we had any queries.
- Location - This is well suited if you want to visit the beaches, especially as it looks to help beat the silly queues to the Witterings, but you are close to Selsey and there is so much around you to do.
