Liked: Level pitch with hook up.
Disliked: Closeness to the road noisy all night , very noisy from 6 in morning .
Toilets were disgusting one over flowing and wouldn’t drain as pipe was not draining downhill, other toilet very dirty with blood and mud on walls and floor , showers didn’t look inviting and very cold as they were in a metal container.Received a phone call on the morning of the booking to tell us no one would be there when we arrived and to chose which pitch we liked and also
Informed us the pub was shut until March . On looking on Google it says the pub is open and there is food being served until 21.00. We had booked so that we could walk the dog and go to the pub for lunch / dinner afterwards …. Very disappointed and having paid £38.00 a very expensive stop over have stayed at other sites that were cheaper and had better facilities.

Disliked: Road noise was terrible toilets and showers were just small portacabins the grey waste was elevated and disgusting as it was also use for toilet waste the site was to cramped and difficult to manoeuvre, And there was no bins on site for general waste or recycling and the pub had very little choice for food and drink and what they had was expensive

Liked: We had a super welcome from James and Melody. Shower and toilet facilities were spotless as was the pub itself. Although pitches are just back from the road it was extremely quiet at night so we had no trouble sleeping.
Disliked: Shower facilities could be modernised.
