- The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 30/09 (subject to weather conditions).
- Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.
- No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Liked: Love manor wood as it is local and loads to do for the kids. Staff are friendly.
Disliked: No hot water for 3 nights in the shower block and toilets were not up to there usual cleanliness standards not what you expect for £60 plus a night.

We're really sorry to hear about your experience with the shower block during your stay. Unfortunately, we did encounter a temporary issue which affected the hot water in one of our facilities. We did have alternative shower facilities available during this time, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear enough. Liked: Good facilities, warm with plenty of hot water.
Helpful and friendly staff.
Well-placed for visiting Chester (the on site team had recommended the Park & Ride which worked out very well).
Disliked: It was all pretty good.

Liked: Excellent site, clean facilities, friendly staff, level pitches, nice cafe our children are all grown up but lovely site for children.
Disliked: Maybe a little expensive if no children to use all facilities but a lovely site, pub within walking distance and Chester 20 minute drive. Will definitely return.
