Liked: The location.
Disliked: The state of the showers. The shower curtains were filthy, with at least one covered in black streaks, shower heads of variable functionality (blocked holes).
We were disappointed with the general star of the site having been here many times before (when privately owned). Reception welcome not the friendliest.
Pitches could do with having the drain holes cleared.
Wi-Fi was almost unusable. Prices for the paid for service were not available unless you gave credit or debit card details first. Having said that, we were advised that the service was not worth having.

Liked: The park is beautifully kept and pretty much silent.
Ken was very helpful and gave us the keys to Gus hut to explore the history of the park.
The small bar area was extensively stocked and the outside terrace was lovely in the early evening sun to sit and have a drink.
We liked the fact that the shower, toilet and wash room facilities were central so where ever your pitch was you didn't have far to go.
Locally there is a Tesco and Waitrose supermarket. And we found some lovely places to explore within 15 miles or so.
We also took a 35 minute stroll to the Therberton Lion to meet friends, which was lovely.
Definitely a site we will be re visiting.

Liked: Nice park with plenty of space in between vehicles.
Overall 3 stars
Disliked: There were some caravans near to us where people left very early in the morning
slamming doors etc not sure if they were going to work?
In the caravan next door a man kept shouting and cheering at the tv while the football was on and there were 3 dogs wandering around without leads on.

Liked: Nice location, close to minsmere and aldeburgh, town has co-op and enough food outlets. Bar for ale, or at least lager and beer is fine. No cake.
Pitches are adequate, water and grey drainage, level and spacious.
Staff helpful, sorted out a problem.
Shower/toilet block ok, clean and tidy but showers themselves need a bit of maintaining, limescale means fittings failing.
No food, but as the town fairly close not a particular problem.
Disliked: Some noisy people, quiet after 9 in theory but people calling dogs at 11 pm and inebriated laughing. That's just people being antisocial and difficult to police. So meh.
WiFi charges if you use it. In C21 who does?

Liked: The site was quiet, spacious and well kept and in a perfect location for visiting all the highlights of Suffolk. Having a fully serviced pitch made the holiday so much more relaxing for us now we are getting on a bit. Staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities were adequate and kept spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the combined WC, shower and washbasins. All in all an excellent site.
Disliked: A couple of the showers really needed new shower heads and on a few occasions the water was cold. This appeared to be on one side of the building only so don’t know what the problem was but could do with sorting.

Liked: Pitches were a great size . Lovely park. Friendly staff. Great facilities for children. Lovely clean toilets and showers. Site well maintained.
Disliked: No restaurant on site, had to drive out to eat . We like to walk but pubs not within walking distance.
The on site shop could be better stocked , had to drive out if needed anything .
