  • On ten acres of parkland on the outskirts of King's Lynn
  • Eco-friendly amenities including family room and disabled provision
  • Within five minutes' drive of a 24-hour supermarket
Fancy taking your folk to Norfolk? Got a yen for the Fens? Check out King’s Lynn Caravan and Camping Park, where the manicured, spacious pitches are nuzzled into ten acres of established emerald parkland on the outskirts of King’s Lynn. A swanky, eco-friendly block houses the free hot showers, toilets and vanity cubicles (there’s also a roomy family bathroom and very good disabled provision), plus facilities for washing up and laundry, and freezers for ice packs. Guests can pick up the basics from the small shop within the reception area, but the site is in any case well-served for local amenities: there’s a big 24-hour supermarket five minutes’ drive away, and a variety of top-notch hostelries and eateries where you can sample the local ale and cuisine (plus a few of the more well-known child-friendly/takeaway chains within easy driving distance).

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked: The site was easy to find. Great reception from hosts on arriving at the site where everything was explained, there is also a nice little shop at reception which stocked quite a few essential items.
The site was clean and well laid out.
The ablutions were clean and the showers were plentiful and warm with lots of space in the cubicles.
Overall this was a great stop over for us and the price was very reasonable especially with the electric hook up.
We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Disliked: There is a little road noise from a nearby main road but nothing that would stop us returning in the future and this is us being picky.

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked: The site was in a great location and the facilities were spotlessly clean. It was fairly busy as it was the Easter weekend but very quiet and no disturbances at all. Met by lovely staff at reception and escorted to choose a pitch. Kids loved the park and a really lovely site in general.

Disliked: The button for the showers lasted 9 seconds per push. It was a little frustrating.

Electric grass and gravel touring pitch

Liked: It was a lovely site. Good location and great facilities. Pitches were level and well tended.
Toilets were always clean and showers are really nice and warm.
They have a really well stocked shop which has local produce.
Staff were very friendly.
No noise after 10 which is wonderful!

Disliked: The pitches, whilst adequate, aren’t particularly roomy so you are quite close to your neighbours.
It would help to have some guidance on arrival of where things are. It doesn’t take long to work it out but it would be helpful if the person showing us to our pitch just pointed out toilets/disposal points etc.

Electric grass touring pitch

Liked: Lovely welcome, very friendly owners who are more than willing to address take care of their customers.

We were there over Easter weekend which was very busy we wasn't pre assigned to pitch in regiment lines. The owner took us to and showed a suggested pitch that would work for us. But the owner was willing to suggest change if not suitable (obviously would be down to number of vans present)

The shower/toilet blocked kept very cleaned and checked regularly by the site staff. There was a small but well kept shop with all sorts, could buy local eggs and meat.

For us the added bonus was the wifi which worked very well on the site

Electric optional grass tent or trailer tent pitch

Liked: Clean Tidy well maintained

Disliked: Serious shortage of space, for our 5mt bell tent+guy lines + vehicle . Crammed in amongst a bunch of caravans on 3 sides. Even got told off because my vehicle encroached on another pitch, that wasn’t being used.

Electric grass and gravel touring pitch

Liked: Shop

Disliked: Pitches are not a bad size but they are too close to opposite ones, impossible to not go on grass to pitch and without a mover if there is a unit opposite it's very awkward. No dog poo bins, refuse bins over flowing and there are a lot of scruffy looking seasonal units. The gravel pitched area has no lighting so taking a torch is a must. The toilet emptying area is on a push button for water which lasts less than a minute and hose is not long enough to properly get into the cassette so it takes a while to clean. Long walk to the water points.
