- There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- The hot tubs: anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; and no jewellery or makeup is allowed while using the hot tub. All guests must shower before using of the hot tub as any additional cleaning/reheating will incur a cost of £55. Pets are not allowed on the beds.

Liked: Cute pod with lovely view over meadow. Hot tub was a very nice treat. Nice cheery welcome with tasty little bottle of champagne. I suppose most of these pods would usually be used by a couple or twosome, so cutlet and utensils would be ideal then but a few more things for a family would be welcome. A dust pan and brush, and a sharp knife to cut food up.
Disliked: Shame the bed linen smelt of tobacco smoke because the bed was super comfy.

Disliked: Hot tub was too cold to get in. we have a 2 year old who goes to bed early, too cold to sit outside and couldn’t have a conversation inside incase we woke him. We booked this site mainly for the hot tub. Will not be re visiting

From the manager: Thank you for your review, when you emailed me today all you was interested in was a refund why didn't you call email or text us whilst onsite if these issues were genuine? Isnt it ironic you had these issues once you finished your holiday? It's because you was enjoying your experience but tried to blackmail me today saying if I didn't refund you then you would leave me a negative review well there you go , obviously from our honest reviews anyone can see we offer a great experience giving great value for money also striving for our guests to thoroughly relax & enjoy there stay with us.

Liked: We had a very peacefull relaxing overnight stay,the lodge was fully equiped with everything that you could need,was abit chilly inside but we had a electric heater in the lodge that we had on which made it abit more warmer, it was very clean inside,the bed and pillows was very comfy.The hot tub was clean.We was suprised with two very cute visitors.

Liked: The view was beautiful, the peace was lovely, the hot tub was delightful (and we spent most of the time in there!), the bed was super comfy, and the amenities in the tiny kitchen served us well for cooking our small evening meal. We were in cabin 4z which was the furthest away, next to trees which were full of tiny birds which was lovely. We were also joined in the evening, and morning for breakfast, by two ginger and white cats, who, by the reviews in the guest book, seem to be regulars around the area!
Disliked: Nothing!
