This campsite is praised for its beautiful, peaceful setting with stunning views and a great location. Bell tents are described as comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. Facilities, including communal areas with fridges and kettles, are noted as excellent and clean. Bell tent (six person)
Liked Loved the setting so quiet with stunning views. The bell tent was very comfortable and clean. The facilities were great and even though the showers were in tents we found them to be more than adequate. Andy was really a great host, from giving directions to answering queries promptly he was fantastic.

Easy to get to local highlights.

The shower was ready for use, was boiling at first but reporting to the owner quick to amend. Good water pressure.

The area is adequately quiet, even though there is a huge sheep farm close by.
Disliked State of portaloo in general. Unsure of better alternatives to suggest.

Bell tent (six person)
Liked Fabulous small campsite, really comfortable bell tent & mattresses, beautifully presented with fairy lights in each tent and the shared areas.
Enough in the countryside to feel really relaxed and quiet with a nice wooded area & lake to explore, but easy to get to.
Good basic shared facilities (kettle, tea/coffee, toaster & fridges), some games/activities provided & bbqs & firepits for hire.
Overall the site is well maintained with basic but clean loos & showers.
Very friendly and helpful host Andy too. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return sometime for longer.
Would definitely recommend!

Excellent site, friendly with clean facilities.
Non-electric grass tent pitch
Liked Beautiful, quiet site, toilet facilities were probably the cleanest we've come across when camping! Andy was lovely and very helpful with recommending things to do. Plenty of space between pitches, communal area had lots of games for the kids and fridge facilities. Some lovely walks around and the woods are beautiful. We'll be back before the summer is out!
Disliked Only downside is lack of showers but these are coming soon!

Liked Location was fantastic, tents were clean and warm. Mattress really comfy. Owner very helpful and friendly.
Disliked The address doesn’t actually take you to the farm so was confusing when finding the farm. Only added bonus would be showers.
