Liked: Single parent family with 3 children 8-16 years old.
Really lovely safe campsite. My children and I loved the relaxed feel. We enjoyed the woods, play areas and especially loved our fire put making smores as the sub set beautifully over the hill.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at High Lodge Farm. The hot showers were great and the toilet block a good improvement from last time we stayed. Our children loved the activities in the centre and it it lovely that we can see the play area from our tent. Thanks for a great stay- we will be back!

Liked: It was a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location is beautiful and the sunflowers are an added bonus. Dog friendly 100% and we loved the fire pit hire.
Disliked: Toilets were not cleaned once in my 3 night stay.
Parents not supervising their children (not the camps fault) but staff should monitor more during the day.

From the manager: Thank you for coming to stay and for leaving a review - we do appreciate it. I'm sorry you felt the toilets weren't cleaned. We're visiting three times a day to clean the toilets and check the bins as we know that's the thing that irritates guests more than anything. I'm sorry you felt they weren't up to scratch. Sometimes after a flurry of people using them they can look like they haven't been, but I promise we do clean them regularly!
Recommended, we would go again.

Liked: We were a large group of 13 families. The space in the middle was ideal for the children to play safely surrounded by campers. Facilities were basic but fine. Scenery is beautiful around with hills and wildflowers.
