Electric hardstanding touring pitch (large)
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Until the touring part of the site pulls itself together and starts looking after it's paying touring customers, STAY AWAY. They have quite a number of pitches but chooses to put everyone in the same place. On top of each other.
Litter everywhere. The toilet block was absolutely disgusting. Broken soap machines, so no soap and no hot water, no lids on the sanataty bins but they were full, no toilet roll, vomit on the floor, fecies in all of the loos and On the loos, everyday. For the 5 night stay we had I didn't see one cleaner although I was asured by the manager that they get cleaned several times a day and that's all they would say. All I can say is that the management were lucky that it was myself that made the complaint not my husband as the men's were the same.

Liked: The dog walking area was good.
The activity areas for kids looked good
Disliked: Arrived in the dark given a number for H11 drove around for a while had to phone to find where pitch H11 was turns out it’s just 11. After hunting for water to fill up had to ask again no lighting to see where water points are and no lights inside to see what your doing. Woke up to find lots of rubbish around pitch kids on go carts going up the bank behind us near our motorhome lots of barking dogs about and even sounded like some had been left in vans howling and barking while owners at club house. Luckily my dogs don’t bark much. I asked to be moved lady on reception was very nice moved us but still in same area. And as for toilets and showers well I’ve never been anywhere so disgusting shower look like they haven’t been cleaned all season drains blocked with whatever it was black grime on tiles shower hanging off wall. And as for the toilets do these people not know how to flush do they do this at their own homes ??. It said toilets had been cleaned around 6am no way just signed the board to say they had. I understand it’s end of season but surely they should still have standards. Luckily I was only there for 2 nights. NEVER AGAIN
